Condition:

Item powers up and makes noise but is not fully tested since I do not have another communicator. Item is in original box with original instructions. Items is in good shape cosmetically. Box has some storage wear. Still has original styrofoam insert. Items powers up and makes noises but can not fully test with out another communicator.
