This is an Original Government Contracted Jodhpur Pilot ankle boots. These wonderful brown boots were designed by Avirex for the Army and Air force Pilots. Dated 1978, Avirex TYPE A2 Brown Ankle Boots with fastened strap. Made in USA. Western Style Soles. While the flight jacket continues to be available today, the original Jodhpurs, as seen here, are long out of production. In good condition, they are perfectly wearable or even as a collector’s item or a museum piece.
